Everything you need to know to track your collection
Go to wrestleroster.com and click Create Account. Enter your email, choose a password (min. 6 characters), and pick a Vault Name — this is your display name shown on your roster.
Scroll through the Privacy Agreement that appears. The Create Account button activates once you've read to the bottom.
Check your inbox for a verification email from wrestleroster.com. Click the link inside. Return to the app and click I've Verified — Continue. You won't be able to scan figures until your email is verified.
Tap the + Add Figure button (or the red + on mobile). You have four ways to identify a figure:
Take or upload a photo of your figure. The AI will identify the wrestler, series, brand, and year. Works best with clear, well-lit photos showing the figure's face and packaging if available.
Type the wrestler's name (e.g. "Stone Cold Steve Austin") or a description (e.g. "WWE Elite Series 90 Roman Reigns"). The AI fills in the details.
Paste a link to a product page (e.g. from Amazon, eBay, or WWE Shop). The AI reads the page and extracts figure details automatically.
Enter the barcode number from the figure's packaging. Works with most modern WWE and AEW figure barcodes.
Tap any figure card to open it, then tap the pencil icon to edit the name, series, brand, condition, or photo. Changes save automatically to the cloud.
Open the figure card and tap the trash icon. You'll be asked to confirm before it's permanently removed.
Use the sort and filter controls at the top of your roster to organise by newest, oldest, brand, or series. Use the search bar to find figures by name.
Switch to the Wishlist tab to track figures you want but don't own yet. Add items the same way as your vault — via photo, text, link, or barcode. Tap a wishlist item to move it to your vault once you've bought it.
The Dashboard tab shows a summary of your collection — total figures, breakdown by brand and series, and your most recently added items.
Tap the Share button on your roster to generate a shareable summary of your collection. You can share via WhatsApp, Email, or copy a text version to your clipboard.
Free accounts support up to 100 figures. Once you hit the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for a one-time payment of £5 / €5 / $5. Pro unlocks unlimited figure storage permanently. Beta testers who already had 100+ figures before the limit was introduced are automatically grandfathered into Pro.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email. Click the link, then return to the app and tap I've Verified — Continue.
You've used all your AI scans for today. The limit resets at midnight. You can still add figures manually using text search.
The AI couldn't read the photo. Try better lighting, a closer shot, or switch to text search and type the figure name directly.
Double-check your credentials. Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset your password.
An account with that email already exists. Try logging in instead, or use the Forgot Password flow.
Choose a longer password during registration.
A temporary network or server error. Wait a moment and retry. If it persists, contact support.
