1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WrestleRoster ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WrestleRoster is a web application that allows users to catalogue, track, and manage their wrestling action figure collections. The Service includes AI-assisted figure identification, wishlist management, and collection sharing features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Use automated tools to scan figures at a rate exceeding the published daily limits.

5. Pro Upgrade & Payments

Free accounts may catalogue up to 100 figures. A one-time Pro upgrade (£5 / €5 / $5) removes this limit permanently. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@wrestleroster.com. All sales are final after the 14-day period.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (figure photos, names, notes). By uploading content, you grant WrestleRoster a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

Wrestling figure brands, logos, and character names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners (including WWE, AEW, and associated entities). WrestleRoster is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any wrestling promotion or toy manufacturer.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep WrestleRoster available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrestleRoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
