1. Who We Are

WrestleRoster ("we", "our", "us") is a wrestling action figure tracking application available at wrestleroster.com. We are operated from the Republic of Ireland.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account data: Email address and a vault name (display name) you choose at registration.
Collection data: The figure names, series, brand, condition, and photos you add to your vault.
Wishlist data: Items you save to your wishlist.
Usage data: Daily scan counts to enforce fair-use rate limits.
Analytics data (with consent): Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited and features used. Collected only if you accept cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

To operate and sync your vault across devices.
To send email verification and account-related notifications.
To enforce scan rate limits and prevent abuse.
To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns (analytics, with consent only).
To process one-time Pro upgrade payments securely via Stripe.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Privacy section inside the app (Danger Zone). For any other requests, email us at support@wrestleroster.com.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use functional local storage (not marketing cookies) to remember your session and preferences. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the app is used. Analytics are only activated after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for wrestleroster.com.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party services required to operate WrestleRoster:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase Privacy Policy
Google Gemini AI — figure identification from images or text. Images are sent to Google's API and not stored by Google beyond the request.
Stripe — secure payment processing for Pro upgrades. Stripe Privacy Policy
Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics (with consent only). Google Privacy Policy
Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data — including figures, wishlist items, and uploaded images — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is stored in Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your vault is protected by Firebase Authentication and server-side token verification on all API routes.

9. Payments

The Pro unlock is a one-time payment of £5 / €5 / $5 processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@wrestleroster.com.

10. Children's Privacy

WrestleRoster is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@wrestleroster.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
